1. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our reservation team.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided.
2. Payment Policy
- A advance deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon check-in at the resort.
- Prices listed on the website are indicative and may vary based on season, availability, and special requests.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
5. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
- Any damage to resort property caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
- Guests must follow safety instructions during safari and adventure activities.
- The resort is not responsible for injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety guidelines.
6. Activity Bookings
- Activity timings may be adjusted due to weather conditions or safety concerns.
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions before undertaking adventure activities.
- Age and health restrictions may apply to certain activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Western Desert Luxury Camp & Resort acts as a hospitality provider and makes every effort to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. However, we shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather events, or third-party services.
